NUNA Ltd., a Turkish company (referred to in this Privacy Policy as “NUNA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy. Except as otherwise defined herein, all terms used in this Privacy Policy have the meanings set forth in the NUNA Online Customer Agreement.
1. Introduction. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect
through your use of the NUNA Website located at https://www.nuna.com
(together with any subdomains of nuna.com, this “Site” or the “NUNA Website”) and our
practices for
collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and sharing that information. This Privacy Policy
applies to all information that we collect through the NUNA Website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to
information that you provide to third parties or that we may collect from you or about you in other ways,
including through e-mails you may send to us or through third parties.
2. Updates to Privacy Policy. As technology changes and as our business grows and develops, we may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes to this Privacy Policy will be made and will become effective as described in the NUNA Online Customer Agreement.
3. Children Under Age 13. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children under the age of thirteen (13) years (each a “Child” and collectively, “Children”). Use of the NUNA Website by Children is prohibited by the Customer Agreement. The NUNA Website is not designed for or marketed to Children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information (as defined below) from Children. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a Child, we will delete that information. 4. Definitions.
4.1. “Personal Information” means personally-identifiable information (information relating to an individual that can be used to identify, locate, or contact that individual, alone or when combined with other personal or identifying information), such as: name, home or physical address, e-mail address, phone number, or any other information about an individual that we collect through the NUNA Website and maintain in personally identifiable form.
4.2. “Non-Personal Information” means information or content other than Personal Information, including, for example, aggregated or anonymized information about our users and other information that does not identify any individual.
5.1. Visitor Information. We may automatically collect information about you when you use the NUNA Website, such as the pages and materials you access, the links you click, the time you spend on each page, and other interaction data, as well as standard browser-provided details like IP address, browser type and version, operating system, regional and language settings, screen size, access dates and times, and referring websites. The NUNA Website may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, and other technologies to save and retrieve information, assist in displaying relevant promotions and advertising, and share or retrieve Non-Personal Information with third parties.
5.2. Google Analytics. We may use Google Analytics (including Demographics and Interest Reporting) to collect information about your use of the NUNA Website, which helps us optimize content for your device. We never combine Google Analytics data with other personal data. Google’s collection and use of data is governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
5.3. Meta Pixel. We may use Facebook’s Custom Audience (Meta) Pixel to collect information about your visits to the NUNA Website, to improve our content and marketing. Facebook’s policies govern their use of data.
5.4. Klaviyo. We may use Klaviyo to collect and process information about your engagement with NUNA, your preferences and history, to deliver relevant content and promotions.

6.1. Cookies and Local Storage. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit the NUNA Website. Local storage allows us to store information on your device to improve your experience.
6.2. How We Use Them. We use these technologies to enable essential functions, remember preferences, and analyze site performance (including with third-party analytics, advertising, and marketing tools).
6.3. Blocking and Removing Cookies. You can modify your browser settings to accept, deny, or delete cookies. However, disabling cookies may prevent the NUNA Website from functioning properly.
We may use Non-Personal Information for any purpose (including advertising, marketing, product development, and research) and share it with partners, affiliates, and service providers.
We will only use your Personal Information as reasonably necessary for: responding to your inquiries; authentication; providing site features; sending newsletters; enforcing our rights; and improving our services. We may store or transfer your information in Turkey or other countries.

We implement measures (including TLS encryption) to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
The NUNA Website may link to third-party sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. Please review their privacy policies before providing personal data.
