Franuis Yogurt & Raspberry Jam Intense NUNA

Ingredients
200g digestive biscuits
100g unsalted butter, melted
500g cream cheese
150g sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
200ml sour cream
Steps
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into the base of a springform pan.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
NUNA
You can replace the yogurt with a plant-based yogurt for a lactose-free version.
Add vanilla extract and sour cream, mix until combined.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
